Man stabbed to death at 95th St. Red Line station

A 22- year- old man was stabbed to death Sunday afternoon at the 95th Street Red Line station on the Far South Side.

Corvel Brown was stabbed in the abdomen during an argument in front of the turnstile at the train station in the 0- 100 block ofWest 95th Street at 12: 37 p. m., according to Chicago Police and the Cook County medical examiner’s office.

Brown, who lived several blocks away, died at Christ Medical Center in Oak Lawn at 2: 36 p. m., authoritie­s said.

Police: 2 stabbed each other during argument

Two men stabbed each other during an argument Sunday morning in the Southwest Side Ashburn neighborho­od.

The men, 28 and 31, stabbed each other about 6: 05 a. m. in the 8100 block of SouthWeste­rn, according to Chicago Police.

Both were taken to Little Company of Mary Hospital, where their conditions stabilized, police said.

The men, who are in a dating relationsh­ip, refused to press charges against each other, police said. Jordan Owen

1 dead, 1 injured in ATV crash inLakeCoun­ty

One person died and another was injured in an ATV crash early Sunday in the Lake County Forest Preserve in northwest suburban Buffalo Grove.

At 12: 55 a. m., the Buffalo Grove and Wheeling fire department­s responded to a report of an all- terrain vehicle crash at the northeast corner of the forest preserve.

A female passenger on the ATV said she felt like she was going to pass out, according to the Buffalo Grove fire department. Both fire department­s and the Lake County sheriff’s office found two people on the path behind 301 N. Riverwalk Dr. in Buffalo Grove, south of the Lake- Cook path bridge.

The driver of the ATV, a male, was in traumatic cardiac arrest when found, and the female had suffered a head injury, according to the fire department. The male, whose name was not released, died at Condell Medical Center in Libertyvil­le shortly after arriving. The female was also taken to Condell with minor injuries. Jordan Owen

Man, 32, stabbed in Back of the Yards robbery

A 32- year- old man was stabbed and then robbed Sunday evening in the Back of the Yards neighborho­od on the South Side.

An unknown male grabbed the man frombehind and stabbed him while he was walking about 5: 30 p. m. in the 1500 block ofWest 47th Street, according to Chicago Police. The suspect then took his wallet and ran away. The man was in serious condition at Stroger Hospital. JacobWitti­ch

No chargesfil­ed after Gage Park chase, crash

A person attempting to elude police in an SUV crashed into multiple parked vehicles Friday in the Southwest Side Gage Park neighborho­od, police said.

Officers attempted to stop a Chevrolet Suburban about 4: 25 p. m. at the intersecti­on of 52nd andWestern, and the SUV drove away, according to Chicago Police.

During a chase, the SUV struck unoccupied vehicles on 58th Street between Honore andWolcott, police said. No one was injured.

A person who jumped out of the SUV was released without being charged with a crime, police said Sunday. Tom Schuba

6-year- old shotin Markham

A 6- year- old was among two people shot Saturday night at a park in south suburban Markham.

The shooting was at Roesner Park, 16053 Richmond Ave., according to Markham Police Chief Mack Sanders. The 6- year- old suffered a graze wound to the head, while a 37- year- old was shot in the leg, he said. The child was released from a hospital.

“We are in the process of trying to pull video surveillan­ce from the area,” Sanders said. “It was a calm evening with multiple family barbecues.” Ashlee Rezin

15- year- old boy among 3 shot in South Shore

Three people were shot Sunday evening in the South Shore neighborho­od near Rainbow Beach.

An unknown male shot the three of them about 7: 25 p. m. in the 3100 block of East 77th Street, according to Chicago Police.

A 15- year- old boy was shot in the lower back, a 20- year- old man was shot in the right arm and a 37- year- old man was shot in the right leg, police said. They were all taken to South Shore Hospital, where their conditions stabilized. JacobWitti­ch
