ALEXION PHARMA MOVING HEADQUARTE­RS TO BOSTON Alexion Pharmaceut­icals announced Tuesday it ismoving its headquarte­rs from New Haven, Conn., to Boston. In what it calls a plan to “re- align the global organizati­on with its refocused corporate strategy,” the company also said it is cutting 20% of its work force. The company said about 400 jobs will move to Boston by themiddle of next year.

DOWDUPONT TO BOLSTER DELAWARE SPINOFF DowDuPont will bolster its planned Delaware- based Specialty Products spin off with the addition of more than seven business lines totaling more than $ 8 billion in revenue.

AMID LAWSUIT, SOFI CEO CAGNEY TO STEP DOWN Social Finance said Chairman and CEO Mike Cagney plans to step down following a lawsuit that alleged sexual harassment by managers and improper loan paperwork. Hewas replaced by venture capitalist Tom Hutton.
