Favre’s 297. Coach Ben McAdoo gave the 36- year- old Manning the option of starting to keep his streak of 210 consecutive starts alive, but the two- time Super Bowl MVPdidn’t want any part of that.
“Coach McAdoo told me I could continue to start while Geno and Davis are given an opportunity to play,” Manning said. “My feeling is that if you are going to play the other guys, play them. Starting just to keep the streak going and knowing you won’t finish the game and have a chance to win it is pointless to me, and it tarnishes the streak. NBA Ex- Bull Gordon arrested

Ben Gordon was arrested Saturday in Los Angeles on a felony robbery charge, the latest in a recent string of troubling incidents.
Gordon, 34, was accused of punching the manager of a downtown apartment complex where he is renting, pulling a knife on the man and taking money that Gordon said was his security deposit.
