Chris Paul scored 25 points to help the Rockets beat the host Thunder 122112 on Tuesday for their 16th straight win. James Harden had 23 points and 11 assists, and Trevor Ariza added 15 points for the Rockets.

Russell Westbrook scored 32 points and Carmelo Anthony added 23 for Oklahoma City.

Cavaliers All- Star forward Kevin Love revealed he has suffered from panic attacks, including one during a game this season. Love is sidelined with a broken left hand.

Steelers tag Bell again

The Steelers put the exclusive franchise tag on running back Le’Veon Bell for the second consecutiv­e year. The exclusive designatio­n means that Bell is only permitted to negotiate with the Steelers.

The tag for Bell is worth $ 14.544 million for the 2018 season. The Steelers and Bell have until July 16 to agree to a multiyear contract or he will have to play the season under the franchise tag.

Running back Chris Ivory agreed to a two- year contract with the Bills, with whom the eighth- year player will have an opportunit­y to serve as LeSean McCoy’s primary backup.

The Redskins declined to use the franchise tag on quarterbac­k Kirk Cousins. He will hit free agency as the top quarterbac­k available.

Former Raiders linebacker Aldon Smith turned himself in to San Francisco police and was booked on domestic violence- related charges. He was later released from custody after posting $ 30,000 bond.

Ed Hochuli, the NFL’s longest- tenured referee, is retiring after 28 years with the league.

Wolves win fifth straight

Canucks forward Brock Boeser is out for four- to- six weeks because of a lower back injury. Boeser leads all NHL rookies with 29 goals.
