Peel, Theresa "Terri" Russo

Of Plano, Texas passed away April 9, 2018 surrounded by her loved ones. She was born on October 5, 1942, to Nicholas and Catherine Russo in Chicago, IL. Theresa loved her Cubbies and really enjoyed to sing, dance, cook and make crafts, but her favorite thing to do was to spend time with her family. Theresa was commonly referred to as Mom, Ma, Terri, Tare, Tree, Nana, Nanie or Auntie by all who knew her.

She is survived by her husband, Melvin ( Jack) Peel of Plano, TX; brother, Anthony Russo and wife Nancy of Wonder Lake, IL, and Lisa Russo of Wonder Lake; her children, Mary ( Zimbrakos) Matusik and husband Mike of McKinney, TX, Lisa ( Stankowicz) Cram and husband Donny of Buellton, CA; she was a second Mom to many, especially Anne Baxter of Chicago, IL and Don and Judy Withers ( and family) of Van Alstyne, TX; her grandchildren, Mickey Matusik and wife Kelli, Johnny Matusik and wife Noel, Katie Meger and husband Carson all of McKinney, TX and Brady and Reagan Cram of Buellton, CA; her greatgrandchildren, Michael, KayLynn, Madilynn, Johnny Jr., Charlie and Stephen Matusik, Lucy and Griffin Meger.

A memorial mass will be held 10: 30 a. m., Friday, April 13th at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church, 2700 West Spring Creek Parkway, Plano, Texas 75023.
