Kevin Ellis scored his first goal for the Fire, but it wasn’t enough in a 2- 1 loss to Atlanta United on Saturday night at Toyota Park.
Ellis settled Greg Garza’s attempted clearance with his chest and smashed it back into the net in the 61st minute.
Ezequiel Barco and Josef Martinez scored for Atlanta United, which extended its unbeaten streak to eight.
LeBron stuns Raptors again
LeBron James banked in a running one- hander at the buzzer, giving the Cavaliers a 105- 103 win against the Raptors and a 3- 0 lead in the Eastern Conference semifinal series.
Raptors forward OG Anunoby hit a three- pointer to tie the game with eight seconds left.
