Family and friends of Lillian B. Fura ( nee Golombiews­ki), 94, will gather for visitation Saturday, May 26 from 9: 30 a. m. until time of funeral mass at 11: 00 a. m. at St. Matthew Catholic Church, 1001 E. Schaumburg Rd., Schaumburg. Entombment will follow next to her loving husband at Maryhill Cemetery Mausoleum, Niles.

Born December 4, 1923 in Grenville, SD to the late August and the late Anna ( nee Ewalt), she passed away peacefully May 15, 2018 at her home in Friendship Village.

Lillian was the adoring wife of 44 years to the late Alfred; loving sister of six, she was preceded in death by James Miotek, Ben ( Sophie) Miotek, Anna ( Frank) Sypinski, August “Gus” Golombiews­ki, Sophie ( Ted) Gruszka and Joseph ( Loretta) Golombiews­ki; dear cousin to the late Anne ( the late Stanley) Boik Dul; fond aunt to many nieces and nephews and dear friend to many. She will be missed by all those whose lives she touched.
