Whitman said he has received several seven- figure commitments for an arena project in downtown Champaign that could cost $ 50 million to $ 60 million.
Whitman said it likely would take two to three years to start a hockey program. Illinois also would need to add another women’s program to comply with Title IX requirements.
4th time’s the charm for Halep

Punk loses in UFC 225

Jackson by unanimous decision in a three- round welterweight fight at UFC 225 at the United Center. All three of the judges scored the fight 30- 26 for Jackson.
