Teens charged in Old Town robberies

Two teen boys, 13 and 16, were arrested Friday and charged with felony counts of armed robbery after a pair of incidents last month in the Old Town neighborhood, Chicago Police said. About 7 p. m. May 23, the boys walked up to a 40- year- old woman in the 1300 block of North Wells and stole a cellphone, police said.
