Age 81; Beloved husband of 60 years Luana (nee Neadeck); Devoted father of Danette (Gavin) Barclay, Danny, Diane Biermann, Denise (Jerome) Borst; Loving son of the late Daniel V. and Rose Alagna; Son-in-law of the late Arthur and Lucille Neadeck. Dear brother of the late Diane (Joe) Matt; brother-in-law of Melvin (Nedra) Grotz, Arthur (Nancy) Neadeck and the late Harold (Phyllis) Stark; Dear grandfathe­r of Dan Barclay, Angela (Nicholas) Gouwens, Frank and Noelle Alagna, Joe Biermann, Nick (Katie), Kevin, Matt (Maggie) and Rachael Borst; Greatgrand­father of Logan, Adelyn, Wyatt, Kylie and Jonathan.

Tony was an U.S. Army veteran, avid bowler, golfer, and softball player. He was a lifelong White Sox and Arizona Cardinals football fan, drummer and story teller (Trackadorm­as of Glen Ellyn Road). Tony was a friend to many! He will be greatly missed and fondly remembered. What he enjoyed most was being with his wife, children, grandchild­ren, and great-grandchild­ren. Although he faced many health challenges throughout his life, Tony was generous, optimistic, and a fighter to the end.

Funeral Monday from Salerno’s Rosedale Chapels, 450 W.
