Time: 8:30 a.m., Wembley Stadium, London, NFL Network. Line: Eagles by 3. Total: 42. Records (overall/ATS): Eagles 3-4/2-5; Jaguars 3-4/3-4. Outlook: Eagles struggling with the dreaded Super Bowl hangover, but the Jaguars also struggling with the AFC Championship Game hangover, with four losses in their last five games. Blake Bortles was benched last week against the Texans but will start. London game becoming a true home game for the Jaguars — they’ve won three in a row at Wembley.

Pick: Eagles 27, Jaguars 23.

SEAHAWKS at LIONS

Time: Noon.

Line: Lions by 3. Total: 49½. Records (overall/ATS): Seahawks 3-3/3-2-1; Lions 3-3/5-1. Outlook: Lions are getting it together after an 0-2 start under Matt Patricia, with wins over the Patriots (26-10), Packers (31-23) and Dolphins (32-21 in 89-degree heat). Rookie RB Kerryon Johnson (158 yards vs. Dolphins) has sparked Lions’ improved run game. Pick: Lions 24, Seahawks 20.

BUCCANEERS at BENGALS

Time: Noon.

Line: Bengals by 4½. Total: 54½. Records (overall/ATS): Bucs 3-3/2-4; Bengals 4-3/4-3. Outlook: A shootout looms with two of the worst defensive teams in the NFL here — the Bengals are 31st in yards allowed (429.4) and 28th in points (29.0); the Bucs are 29th in yards (417.5) and 32nd in points (32.7) — and just lost LB Kwon Alexander to a torn ACL. Bengals should bounce back from shellacking vs. Chiefs last week. Pick: Bengals 43, Buccaneers 31.

BRONCOS at CHIEFS

Time: Noon.

Line: Chiefs by 10. Total: 53½. Records (overall/ATS): Broncos 3-4/2-4-1; Chiefs 6-1/7-0. Outlook: Chiefs getting a lot of respect here after needing a virtuoso performance from QB Patrick Mahomes to recover from a 10-point fourth-quarter deficit to win in Denver in Week 4. Both teams are coming off 45-10 victories — Broncos over the Cardinals; Chiefs over the Bengals. Pick: Chiefs 31, Broncos 23.

RAVENS at PANTHERS

Time: Noon.

Line: Ravens by 2. Total: 43½. Records (overall/ATS): Ravens 4-3/4-3; Panthers 4-2/3-3. Outlook: Ravens looking to rebound after Justin Tucker’s stunning missed PAT — his first miss in 222 attempts, including 112 of 112 at the longer distance — cost them a shot at OT vs. the Saints. Not an easy spot.

Pick: Ravens 23, Panthers 20 (OT).

BROWNS at STEELERS

Time: Noon.

Line: Steelers by 8. Total: 50. Records (overall/ATS): Browns 2-4-1/5-2; Steelers 3-2-1/3-3. Outlook: Steelers seeking to avenge a 21-21 tie in Week 1, when the Browns rallied for 14 points in the fourth quarter. Steelers have won the last 14 vs. Browns at home but are only 8-5-1 ATS.

Pick: Steelers 34, Browns 18.

COLTS at RAIDERS

Time: 3:05 p.m.

Line: Colts by 3. Total: 49½. Records (overall/ATS): Colts 2-5/3-4; Raiders 1-5/2-4. Outlook: Raiders have been on tilt all season and now look like they’re playing for next year after trading WR Amari Cooper to the Cowboys. Pick: Raiders 31, Colts 28.

49ERS at CARDINALS

Time: 3:25 p.m.

Line: 49ers by 1. Total: 42½. Records (overall/ATS): 49ers 1-6/2-5; Cardinals 1-6/3-3. Outlook: Crummy Game of the Week. Niners have lost five straight (2-3 ATS). Cardinals’ only victory is against the 49ers in Week 5. Niners are 0-4 on the road but 2-2 ATS. Pick: 49ers 23, Cardinals 17.

PATRIOTS at BILLS

Time: 7:15 p.m. Monday, ESPN.

Line: Patriots by 14. Total: 44. Records (overall/ATS): Patriots

5-2/4-3; Bills 2-5/3-4.

Outlook: This could be a trap game for the Bills, looking ahead to next week’s showdown with the Bears after a dreadful 37-5 loss to the Colts. Patriots weren’t sharp vs. Bears last week. Teams that beat the Bears are 0-2 ATS the following week this season.

Pick: Patriots 24, Bills 7.
