38 violations over Clinton email
WASHINGTON — The State Department has completed its internal investigation into former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton’s use of private email and found violations by 38 people, some of whom may face disciplinary action. The investigation, launched more than three years ago, determined that those 38 people were “culpable” in 91 cases of sending classified information that ended up in Clinton’s personal email, according to a letter sent to Republican Sen. Chuck Grassley this week and released on Friday. The 38 are current and former State Department officials but were not identified.

Gabbard fires back at Clinton
MANCHESTER, N.H. — It’s Hillary Clinton vs. Tulsi Gabbard on the sidelines of the 2020 presidential race. The Hawaii congresswoman fought back unsparingly after Clinton appeared to call her “the favorite of the Russians” in a recent interview and said she believes the Russians have “got their eye on somebody who’s currently in the Democratic primary and are grooming her to be the third-party candidate.”
In a series of tweets Friday, Gabbard called Clinton the “personification of the rot that has sickened the Democratic Party for so long.” Gabbard also tweeted, “Don’t cowardly hide behind your proxies. Join the race directly.”
Clinton also described 2016 Green Party presidential candidate Jill Stein as “a Russian asset.”
Record low Calif. jobless
SAN FRANCISCO — California’s economy kept humming in September, dropping the unemployment rate to a record low 4% statewide and under 2% in San Francisco and some of its neighboring counties, a level that economists once thought impossible. “That is almost unthinkable,” said Sung Won Sohn, professor of economics at Loyola Marymount University. “It flies in the face of economic theory.”
