CHARGERS at BEARS

Time: Noon, Fox-32.

Line: Bears by 4. Total: 41. Records (overall/ATS): Chargers 2-5/1-4-2; Bears 3-3/2-4. Outlook: With a broken offense, the Bears are precariously edging toward free fall and can lose to anyone. But Mitch Trubisky should be better in his second week back from a shoulder injury, so ...

Pick: Bears 23, Chargers 21.

RAMS at BENGALS

Time: Noon at Wembley Stadium, London.

Line: Rams by 13. Total: 48. Records (overall/ATS): Rams 4-3/5-2; Bengals 0-7/3-4. Outlook: Rams QB Jared Goff, mired in a three-game slump, got healthy against the Falcons’ 26thranked defense. Now he gets the Bengals’ 31st-ranked defense. Pick: Rams 37, Bengals 17.

JETS at JAGUARS

Time: Noon.

Line: Jaguars by 6. Total: 41. Records (overall/ATS): Jets 1-5/2-4; Jaguars 3-4/4-3. Outlook: Jets and Sam Darnold were miserable against the Patriots and embarrassed when Darnold, on a live mic, was caught saying he was “seeing ghosts.” Are they on tilt or primed to respond? Pick: Jaguars 24, Jets 21.

EAGLES at BILLS

Time: Noon.

Line: Bills by 1½. Total: 43½. Records (overall/ATS): Eagles 3-4/2-5; Bills 5-1/4-2.

BUCCANEERS at TITANS

Time: Noon.

Line: Titans by 2½. Total: 45½. Records (overall/ATS): Buccaneers 2-4/2-4; Titans 3-4/ 2-4-1.

Pick: Buccaneers 20, Titans 17.

GIANTS at LIONS

Time: Noon.

Line: Lions by 7. Total: 49. Records (overall/ATS): Giants 2-5/2-5; Lions 2-3-1/4-2. Outlook: Matt Patricia was an outstanding DC with the Pats, but his unit has been a disappointment with the Lions. It ranks 31st in yards and 26th in points. But the Lions can handle this.

Pick: Lions 30, Giants 20.

BRONCOS at COLTS

Time: Noon, Ch. 2.

Line: Colts by 5½. Total: 43. Records (overall/ATS): Broncos 2-5/3-4; Colts 4-2/4-1-1. Outlook: Jacoby Brissett reached a new level against the Texans — 326 yards, 4 TDs, 126.7 rating. Time: 7:20 p.m., Ch. 5.

Line: Packers by 4. Total: 47½. Records (overall/ATS): Packers 6-1/5-2; Chiefs 5-2/4-3.
