Divac out as Kings’ GM; dumars takes role

Sacramento Kings general manager Vlade Divac stepped down a day after the team finished 3-5 in the NBA seeding round and missed the postseason for the 14th consecutive year. Joe Dumars was named interim executive vice president of basketball operations and will immediately assume interim GM duties as well, according to the team.
