Miller’s seven RBI fuel Cards’ rout

Brad Miller drove in seven runs with two home runs, a dou­ble and a sin­gle, Kolten Wong went 4-for-4 with four runs scored and the vis­it­ing Car­di­nals pounded out 23 hits on their way to a 16-2 rout of the Reds. Four Car­di­nals had at least three hits and three scored at least three runs.

♦ Mar­cell Ozuna hit three homers in a game for the first time in his ca­reer and drove in six runs to power the Braves to a 10-3 vic­tory against the host Red Sox. Ozuna hit a two-run homer in the first in­ning, a solo shot in the seventh and a three-run blast in the eighth.

♦ The third and fi­nal game of the Ath­let­ics-Mariners se­ries Thurs­day in Seat­tle was post­poned to al­low for ad­di­tional test­ing and con­tact trac­ing af­ter a mem­ber of the A’s or­ga­ni­za­tion tested pos­i­tive for the coro­n­avirus Sun­day. The first two games of the se­ries were post­poned Mon­day.
