THE CHEAT SHEET

-

PANTHERS at FALCONS

Time: Noon.

Line: Falcons by 2 ½ . Total: 53 ½ . Records ( overall/ ATS): Panthers 2- 2/ 2- 2; Falcons 0- 4/ 1- 3. Outlook: Falcons figure to break out at some point — likely at home — and this looks like their best chance. They’ve won their last five vs. Carolina ( 5- 0 ATS). But the Panthers have been resilient without Christian McCaffrey. Pick: Falcons 31, Panthers 23.

EAGLES at STEELERS

Time: Noon, Fox- 32.

Line: Steelers by 7. Total: 44. Records ( overall/ ATS): Eagles

1- 2- 1/ 1- 3; Steelers 3- 0/ 2- 1. Outlook: Eagles and Carson Wentz beat the 49ers 25- 20 as 7- point dogs. Steelers got a bye they didn’t need when their game with the Titans was postponed. But they were playing well before then. Pick: Steelers 24, Eagles 21.

CARDINALS at JETS

Time: Noon.

Line: Cardinals by 7. Total: 47. Records ( overall/ ATS): Cardinals 2- 2/ 2- 2; Jets 0- 4/ 0- 4.

Outlook: Cardinals WR DeAndre Hopkins played with a bum ankle last week ( 7 catches for 41 yards). He figures to be better. Cardinals are 2- 3 SU but 4- 1 ATS in the East under Kliff Kingsbury. Jets are on long rest after losing last Thursday. Pick: Cardinals 27, Jets 23.

RAIDERS at CHIEFS

Time: Noon, Ch. 2.

Line: Chiefs by 13 ½ . Total: 56. Records ( overall/ ATS): Raiders 2- 2/ 2- 2; Chiefs 4- 0/ 3- 1. Outlook: Chiefs will be playing on short rest after beating the Patriots on “MNF,” but Patrick Mahomes and the offense figure to take off vs. the Raiders after scoring just 19 points last week. Pick: Chiefs 42, Raiders 27.

DOLPHINS at 49ERS

Time: 3: 05 p. m.

Line: 49ers by 9 ½ . Total: OFF. Records ( overall/ ATS): Dolphins 1- 3/ 2- 2; 49ers 2- 2/ 2- 2. Outlook: Bill Belichick’s coaching tree is having another tough year ( 2- 14), but if Dolphins coach Brian Flores ever gets the QB right, he could break the mold.

Pick: 49ers 27, Dolphins 23.

RAMS at WASHINGTON

Time: Noon.

Line: Rams by 7 ½ . Total: 45 ½ . Records ( overall/ ATS): Rams

3- 1/ 2- 2; Washington 1- 3/ 2- 2. Outlook: With Dwayne Haskins struggling to learn the Washington offense, coach Ron Rivera turns to Kyle Allen, who won his first five starts at Carolina under Rivera and could provide an early boost. Pick: Rams 33, Washington 23.

VIKINGS at SEAHAWKS

Time: 7: 20 p. m., Ch. 5.

Line: Seahawks by 7. Total: 57 ½ . Records ( overall/ ATS): Vikings 1- 3/ 2- 2; Seahawks 4- 0/ 4- 0. Outlook: Vikings usually pick up steam after the first month under Mike Zimmer. But the Seahawks love prime time — 29- 7- 1 SU/ 26- 92 ATS under Pete Carroll, including 8- 0/ 7- 1 the last time they were this good, in 2013- 14.

Pick: Seahawks 31, Vikings 23.

BRONCOS at PATRIOTS

Time: 4 p. m. Monday, ESPN

Line: Patriots by 11. Total: OFF. Records ( overall/ ATS): Broncos 1- 3/ 3- 1; Patriots 2- 2/ 2- 2. Outlook: Tough call because of Cam Newton’s uncertain status after testing positive for COVID- 19. Vic Fangio is particularly expert at defending inexperienced ( or bad) quarterbacks, so if Newton can’t go, Broncos have a shot.

Pick: Patriots 23, Broncos 17.

CHARGERS at SAINTS

Time: 7: 15 p. m. Monday, ESPN. Line: Saints by 7 ½ . Total: 51. Records ( overall/ ATS): Chargers 1- 3/ 3- 1; Saints 2- 2/ 2- 2.

Outlook: Saints found their groove — 35 unanswered points — after a slow start vs. the Lions. They figure to start fast here.

Pick: Saints 34, Chargers 23.

BILLS at TITANS

Time: 6 p. m. Tuesday. Ch. 2 Line: OFF. Total: OFF.

Records ( overall/ ATS): Bills 4- 0/ 3- 1; Titans 3- 0/ 0- 3 3- 1. Outlook: Titans are certain to be discombobulated, with 12 players having tested positive for COVID- 19 and their facility closed since Sept. 29. The Bills and Josh Allen have to be ready to pounce. Pick: Bills 27, Titans 13.
