Whether she’s onstage performing at the Flamingo hotel in Las Vegas with her brother Donny or offstage having fun with her kids and grandkids, these are the best of times for Marie Osmond. “You have to learn to love your skin,” the showbiz vet and Nutrisystem spokeswoman tells Closer. “I’ve had some really hard things in my life — but once you create a happy environment around yourself, that brings peace to your soul.”

Forced to diet since her teen years, Marie, 58, spent decades obsessing over her weight.

“Food is not my enemy anymore — food is my pleasure!”

“You name a diet, and I’ve been on it,” she admits, explaining that Nutrisystem taught her healthier habits that have helped maintain her 50-pound weight loss. “The numberone tip is to eat frequently,” she says. “When you’re constantly fueling your body, it doesn’t drop in blood sugar, making you go, ‘I need a cookie!’ Honestly, I feel better now than I did in my 30s.”

Remarried to her first husband Stephen Craig since 2011, Marie’s also discovered that love can be sweeter the second time. “We hadn’t seen each other for 25 years,” marvels the star, who looks forward to their daily strolls together. “One of my favorite things is to walk and talk with him,” she confides.

That happiness colors all aspects of Marie’s life today. “I have eight beautiful children, three beautiful grandchildren, and I have a husband,” she gushes. “I don’t even mind aging. We’re having a ball!”
