“Learning a thing or two about posing from the men of ‘Muscle Beach,’ ” quipped Hoda, who got to enjoy some fun in the sun with a championship bodybuilder during the Today show’s LA Beach Bash broadcast from Venice, Calif., on May 28. “There’s an art form to the way these guys pose,” she explained of the flexing technique. “It’s all about the face!”
