Actually, the purpose of the contest is to celebrate dogs adopted from puppy mills, in which the largetongued Zsa Zsa spent five years. “From the moment we saw her beautiful face, we knew we would be her forever home,” said owner Megan Brainard. “We are so excited for her.”
