As they look forward to celebrating their 18th wedding anniversary on Aug. 23, Ed Begley Jr., 68, and his wife, Rachelle, 57, are proud to say their love just keeps growing — literally. “She’s very good with ornamentals and I’m good with the stuff you can eat,” Ed told Closer about their shared passion for gardening at the Environmental Media Association Honors Benefit Gala in LA on June 9. They also enjoy swimming, doing charity work and unwinding with a good comedy. “We watch films together,” Ed shares of a favorite date-night activity. “Our secret,” he adds of their nearly two decades of wedded bliss, “is just laugh a lot!”
