-

Marilynne Stratton empathizes with her clients. She knows what it’s like to be on a quest to find a new place to live, or to put a property on the market that served as a beloved family home, the place where memories were made.

Stratton also understands that every real estate client with whom she works has a different set of priorities and dreams they’d like to see fulfilled. As an agent with nearly three decades of experience under her belt, she’s committed to helping them do precisely that.

Stratton is a Realtor with Sotheby’s International Realty’s Greenwich office, and has consistently ranked among the brokerage’s top- producing agents and brokers. She herself has been a longtime resident of the town for more than 30 years.

“I have been a Greenwich resident for many years and have loved all of the services and amenities of our town,” Stratton said.

Clients come to Stratton for expertise in finding or selling properties that represent a spectrum of styles and a wide range of price points, from condominiums to grand luxury estates. She boasts superior knowledge of all aspects of real estate, including financing, investing, negotiations, building and development, relocation, environment considerations and architecture. Her clients know her to be enthusiastic, passionate, and driven to help them reach their goals. She also leverages the Internet, social media sites and Sotheby’s digital network to maximize exposure for her listings.

Stratton is also active in the Greenwich community. “I’m a regular attendee at the gym, Equinox, have belonged to Alliance Francais, Greenwich Chamber of Commerce, and other organizations over the years,” she said. Stratton’s educational background includes studies in international culture and language. She attended both the Latin American Institute and New York University ( NYU).
