Alice Marie Eichhorn

Alice Marie ( Morgan) Eichhorn, 76, passed away suddenly on Wednesday, March 3rd, 2021 at St. Vincent’s Hospital in Bridgeport, CT. Born in Providence, RI on September 20, 1944, she was the oldest daughter of Daniel Morgan and Marie ( Talbot) Morgan. One of five children, she attended high school in Providence and went on to receive a Bachelor’s of Nursingfrom the University of Bridgeport in Connecticut.

She married her husband, Frederic, on June 11, 1973, and they were together for 48 years. She was a mother of two, daughter Janet Marie of Stamford, CT, son David Matthew, of Woy Woy, NSW, Australia, married to Alison ( Mitchell), and grandmother of Isabel Marie

( 10) and Jack Gustav ( 7).

She leaves behind her sister, Maureen Burns Coutu, and brother Robert Morgan ( Judy Mead Morgan), as well as sisters- in- law, Sheila Morgan ( wife of Paul) and Jackie Morgan ( wife of John). She was the beloved aunt to Jacqui ( Morgan) Yamada, JerrilynMorgan, John Morgan, Jr., Daniel Morgan, Michelle ( Morgan) Nicholas, Jessica ( Burns) Quenga, and James Morgan. She was predeceased by her parents and brothers John Morgan and Paul Morgan. She also had many great nieces and nephews whom she adored. Her Catholic faith and her family were the bedrocks of her life.

She was an active member of Our Lady of the Assumption Parish in Fairfield, CT and the Gaelic American Club of Fairfield. She was a friend to too many to list here.

Friends are invited to attend a Funeral Mass on Tuesday at 10: 30 am at Our Lady of the Assumption Church, 545 Stratfield Rd, Fairfield. Face mask required and social distancing. Burial will take place in the Mt. Grove Cemetery Bridgeport. Friends may greet the family on Monday at the Larson Funeral Home, 2496 North Ave, Bridgeport from 5 to 8 pm.
