Lisa Ann Lupien

-

Lisa Ann Lupien, age 60, of Trumbull, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, March 30, 2021 at St. Vincent’s Medical Center, on her own terms. Born in Newark, Ohio on August 4, 1960, she was the daughter of Roger M. Search of Trumbull and the late Betty J. McPeek Search. Lisa was a Trumbull resident since 1974 and graduated from Trumbull High School in 1978. After high school Lisa accepted a position at Controlled Distribution, and later achieved her dream and opened her own business Associated Resources International in 1995. After selling the business, Lisa remained a part of the new company and continued to work diligently and faithfully until her passing. She remains a well- respected, hardworking, and admired individual in the distribution community. In 1983 Lisa married Steven Lupien at the Trumbull United Methodist Church and together in 1990 welcomed their daughter and only child, Abigail Lynn Search Lupien. Abigail was Lisa’s greatest joy and love in life. From elementary school dance recitals to graduation from Northeastern University and a sunset Bermudian wedding, Lisa was by Abigail’s side every minute of the journey supporting, encouraging, and loving her wholly. Lisa was an avid traveler of the world. Whether it be cruises, cross- country destinations, or a car ride up to Boston, Lisa wanted to be a part of the many wonderful experiences and opportunities that the world offers. Complete with her pocket of tissues and her travel guide books, Lisa was ready for adventure at any moment. For the many who accompanied her on these trips, she opened their world to amazing sights and unforgettable experiences. In addition to her travels, Lisa enjoyed fine dining and a chilled glass of Pinot Grigio, puzzles of places she had visited or hoped to visit, Broadway shows, photography, shopping, and a cup of tea with a good book. She also had a deep love and connection of animals of all types, but especially her beloved dogs. However, her greatest attribute will forever be her unending and limitless kindness and generosity. Lisa had many close friends whom she welcomed into her life as family, selflessly giving of all that she had without expecting anything in return. In addition to her father Roger, survivors include her loving and cherished daughter, Abigail Keilman and her husband Ben Keilman of Boston, MA, and Abigail’s father Steven Lupien, as well as many friends and honorary children who loved her immensely.

Due to the concerns about social gatherings affecting us all at this time, a celebration of life party will be held at a later date for all friends and family. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the St. Jude’s Children’s Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105. Arrangements have been entrusted to the Abriola Parkview Funeral Home, 419 White Plains Rd., Trumbull. To leave an online condolence, visit us at www. abriola. com.
