Kevin Paules

-

Kevin Paules, formerly of Fairfield, CT, passed away peacefully on September 14 at the age of 64. Those who knew Kevin know he lived his life on the edge, and on his own terms. We are comforted to know he left us on his own terms as well. Kevin had a “HEART OF GOLD” but after several years of suffering from congestive heart failure, he finally succumbed to the disease. Kevin was always the first in line to lend a hand to anyone who needed it. He enjoyed his time with family, especially all his nieces and nephews. Kevin graduated from Andrew Warde High school and spent many years working in the family business, later moving on as an over-the-road truck driver until back problems wouldn’t allow him to sit comfortably in his truck anymore. He was an avid athlete in his younger years and later served as coach of the Turnpike Pet Softball Team where he led the team to several league championships.

Kevin is survived by his brother Jim and wife Mimi, brother Alan, sister-in-law Pattie, brother Andy and wife Laura, sister Mary, brother Packy and wife Cathy, brother Greg and wife Debora, and sister Ginna and life partner Kathy. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews. He is predeceased by his parents Jim and Ruth, his brother Michael, and nephew Jimmy. At the family’s request, burial will be private.

Friends are invited to join the family on Sunday, September 23 for a “CELEBRATION OF LIFE” Party from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at Kieran’s Place, at HSR Golf Course, Morehouse Highway in Fairfield. Kevin wouldn’t want it any other way!

May he Rest in Peace, and as Mom always said…

“Good Night and God Bless”
