Regina Ann Lomme
Regina Ann Lomme, age 78, of Milford, the beloved widow of Conrad J. Lomme Jr., passed away on Thursday, October 21, 2021, in her home surrounded by her loving family. Born in Bridgeport on August 22, 1943, to the late Anthony and Helen (Gadala) Zysk, she has been a lifelong area resident. Regina was retired from Owens Illinois in Bridgeport where she was a Administrative Assistant. She was very active with her children’s schooling, PTA and team sports. Regina was also very active within her church where she was a past Vice President and recently the Financial Secretary, a member of the ACRY and volunteered her time organizing events, baking and helping in the Lord’s Kitchen. Most of all she was a caregiver for many people. Regina loved to bake, garden and spend time with her family and friends. She especially loved spending time with her grandchildren. Survivors include her devoted children, David Lomme, Kenneth Lomme and Michelle Mihaly and her husband Matthew, a daughterin-law, Debra Lomme, her cherished grandchildren, Mitchell, Jessy, Monica and Kenny Lomme, Matthew, Robert and Elena Mihaly, several nieces and nephews. In addition to husband and parents, Regina was predeceased by her son, Michael Lomme, grandsons, Kyle
Lomme, and Vincent Sciuto, Jr. and sisters, Martha Sciuto and Lillian Mihaly. Funeral Services will take place on Wednesday, October 27, 2021 at 10 a.m. Directly in St John the Baptist Russian Orthodox Church, 1240 Broadbridge Ave, Stratford with a Requiem Funeral Service. Interment will be in St. John’s Cemetery Stratford. Friends may call on Tuesday from 4-7 p.m. in the Adzima Funeral Home, 50 Paradise Green Place, Stratford. Everyone in attendance must follow the COVID 19 guidelines, wear a mask and practice social distancing. Panchida will be at 6:30 p.m. Those desiring, may make a donation in Regina’s memory, to the St. John’s Church Beautification Fund.
