Here are this week’s top high school football performanc­es:

Angel Arce, Maloney: The quarterbac­k had five passing touchdowns in Maloney’s 42-13 win over Xavier, four of which came in the first half.

Nate Armenato, Staples: Caught seven passes for 160 yards and two touchdowns in Staples win over Stamford.

Michael Cooper, Wilton: The kicker made his first two field goals of his high school football career in Saturday’s win over No. 3 New Canaan, including the 32-yard game winner with nine seconds left for the 20-17 lead.

Matt Dodge, North Haven: The senior threw a 35-yard touchdown, caught a 52-yard TD and ran a third one in for 2 yards in the shutout.

Miles Drake/Matt Minicus, Darien: The quarterbac­k was 21-for-33 for 271 yards in the air and six touchdowns passing. Matt Minicus caught 11 passes for 177 yards and five TDs in the win against Ludlowe.

Tabor Engle, Avon: Had two rushing touchdowns and 208 yards on the ground along with a touchdown pass in Avon’s 40-20 win over Farmington.

Jack Kennedy, Conard: Kennedy had 201 yards in the air and three receiving touchdowns on ten receptions in Conard’s win over Newington, 42-27.

Amir Knighton, Rockville: The freshman had 10 tackles, four sacks, a forced fumble, and two pass deflection­s to go along with his four rushed for 110 yards and a TD.

Tanner Leo, Crosby: Completed 15 of 18 passes for 255 yards and five touchdowns to lead Crosby 55-0 over Derby.

Dylan Magazu, Newtown: The junior quarterbac­k rushed for a touchdown and passed for three TDs all within the first three quarters of the Nighthawks 34-13 win over Cheshire.

Jacob Marques, Northwest United: Scored four touchdowns, including a 64 yarder and one from 38-yards out in the 50-6 win over Wilcox/Kaynor.

Darell McKnight, Ansonia: The senior back ran for 257 yards and four touchdowns on 23 carries to lead undefeated Ansonia over Seymour 33-8.

John Neider, Law: The quarterbac­k had four passing touchdowns for 58, 40, 32, and 60 yards out. He also rushed for a 2pt. conversion in Law’s 40-14 victory against RHAM.

Drew Nye, Morgan: The Morgan quarterbac­k was 38-for-55 in the air for 466 yards and seven passing touchdowns to defeat Coginchaug 50-20. Nye now has 12 passing TDs in the last two games and has 23 overall this season.

Ethan O’Brien, Hand: Ran for 194 yards and four touchdowns on 12 carries to lead Hand past East Lyme 57-35.

Victor Rosa, Bristol Central: Had 406 rushing yards and eight touchdowns on 25 carries in Bristol Central’s 68-50 win over Tolland. Rosa's eight touchdowns set a school record and tied him for third-most, all-time for a single game in state history while his rushing yardage was third all-time in school history and 18th all-time in state history.

Jacob Staton, Notre Dame-West Haven: Had four rushing touchdowns, including NDWH’s final three to put Masuk away 54-35.

Ashton Szrejna, Rockville: Recorded nine tackles and forced two fumbles in Rockville’s 42-0 victory over Granby/Canton.

Artez Taft, Danbury: Accounted for 14 points in Danbury’s 26-10 win over Westhill, rushing for two touchdowns of 43 and 62 yards, as well as converting on a 2pt. try on the ground.
