Tyler Clark, Staples: The receiver caught six passes for 79 yards and a highlight reel touchdown in Staples’ 26-10 victory over Ridgefield.

Ethan Davis, Woodstock Academy: The quarterbac­k ran for 262 yards and four touchdowns while passing for 170 yards and two touchdowns in Woodstock Academy’s 42-8 win over Ledyard.

Mike Deitlebaum, Naugatuck: Ran the ball 30 times for 158 yards and three touchdowns in Naugatuck’s 35-13 win over Woodland. He also had a pair of sacks on defense.

Erik Dolmus, Guilford: Scored two touchdowns, the first being a 29-yard pick six and the other a 31-yard receiving touchdown as Guilford defeated Branford 31-0.

Caden Drezek, Seymour: Completed 17-for-26 passes for 318 yards and four touchdowns in the Wildcats’ 51-14 win over Oxford.

Cam Edwards, Norwalk: The star running back rushed for five touchdown, including scoring runs of 37, 60, and 80 yards. He had 17 carries for 291 yards and added an intercepti­on in Norwalk’s 41-21 victory over Wilton.

Tabor Engle, Avon: Ran 21 times for 192 yards and three touchdowns as Avon defeated East Catholic 55-20.

Matt Fitol, Amity: The senior captain had three of Amity’s six intercepti­ons in a 14-0 win over Harding.

Sean Foster, Seymour: Caught 11 passes for 212 yards and four touchdowns (36, 12, 11 and 76 yards) in Seymour’s 51-14 win over Oxford.

Shaun Gaskins, Middletown: The senior running back ran for 137 yards and two touchdowns as Middletown defeated Wethersfie­ld 16-13.

JJ Haddick and Bryan Reyes, Newtown: The pair of sophomores had an intercepti­on each in Newtown’s 10-7 win over New Fairfield, with Haddick’s clinching the game as the Rebels threatened in the final minute.

Alex Hair and Owen Brunk, Cromwell/Portland: The two running backs each had over 100 yards rushing and two touchdowns as Cromwell/Portland totaled 323 rushing yards and 508 yards of total offense in a 48-6 win over Coginchaug/Hale Ray/East Hampton.

Austyn Howe, Newington: Caught two touchdown passes and had one rushing while also racking up three intercepti­ons and a fumble recovery on defense as Newington fell to Windsor 43-35. He also had 95 receiving yards and 29 rushing yards.

Israel Lopez, Conard: The running back rushed for just under 200 yards and scored three touchdowns, including the 53yard game winner with 31 seconds left in Conard’s 31-24 win over Southingto­n.

Alex Marshall, Bristol Eastern: Ran for 260 yards on the ground and scored four touchdowns in a game for the third time this season as Bristol Eastern defeated Farmington 5422.

Mark McLaughlin, Stafford/Somers/East Windsor: Had a monster day completing 8-of-11 passes for 170 yards and five touchdowns while rushing for 86 yards and two touchdowns on 19 carries. He also had five tackles, a sack and a fumble recovery in a 48-7 win over Rockville.

Drew Nye, Morgan: The quarterbac­k went 17-for-24 for 279 yards and six touchdowns. He now has 23 passing TDs in his last four games.

Victor Rosa, Bristol Central: Ran 30 times for 245 yards and the first three touchdowns of the game, while completing 7-of-11 passes for 76 yards and a touchdown in Bristol Central’s 46-0 win over Plainville.

Shane Santiago, Shelton: The senior ran for 110 yards on 13 carries, while also picking off two passes on defense as Shelton beat Cheshire 13-0.

Michael Scott, Crosby: Carried the ball 22 times for 163 yards and four touchdowns as Crosby defeated Wilby 62-28.

Danny Shaban, Joel Barlow: Scored two rushing touchdowns, one for 60 yards, and compiled 113 yards rushing on 11 carries in Barlow’s 41-3 win over Pomperaug.

Ryan Thompson, Staples: The quarterbac­k led Staples to a second half comeback against Ridgefield, connecting on 16 and 17-yard passing touchdowns in the 26-10 win.

Jack Wilson, Greenwich: Had five passing touchdowns, each to a different receiver in Greenwich’s 64-12 homecoming victory over Stamford. He completed 6 of 8 passes for 136 yards.

Camyran Winder, Hamden: Winder scored two rushing touchdowns from 37 and 64 yards out, while also reeling in a 63-yard touchdown reception in Hamden’s 35-0 win over Law.
