Marion Hatch Feige, age 101, of Trumbull, beloved wife of the late William E. Feige, Sr., passed away on Tuesday, June 14, 2022, peacefully in her home. Marion was born on the Hatch Dairy Farm, Danbury, daughter of Louis and Helen Dimon Hatch. Marion retired from Red L Foods, Monroe. She was a devoted lifelong member of Grace Episcopal Church, Trumbull, where her involvemen­t was extensive. Marion was active as a Girl Scout leader, member of the Trumbull Garden Club, volunteere­d at St. John’s Episcopal Church, Bridgeport in their soup kitchen and longtime volunteer with the Red Cross Blood Banks. Marion was an active gardener, reader and painter. She received awards in various arts exhibits and painted many portraits for family and friends. After retirement, she went on a bucket list road trip with Bill across the country and back. She then continued traveling abroad. Marion touched many lives in her 101 years through her kindness, loving and caring spirit. She was always welcoming and generous to everyone. She loved a good laugh. Marion is survived by her loving and devoted children, Nancy Scheinkman (Cliff) of Guilford, William E. Feige, Jr. (Agnes) of Bridgeport, and David J. Feige ( Jean) of Milford; six grandchild­ren, Stephanie Scheinkman (Bryan McGriff), Adam Scheinkman (Lillian Saraguro), Brian Scheinkman (Annie Paprocki), Katelyn Seital (Mark), Lauren Feige, and Kristen Feige; seven great-grandchild­ren and several nieces and nephews. In addition to her husband and parents, Marion was predecease­d by a sister and two brothers. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, June 18, 2022 at 11:00a.m., meeting directly in Grace Episcopal Church, 5958 Main Street, Trumbull, with the Rev. Louise Kalemkeria­n, officiatin­g. Interment will be private. Friends may greet the family on Friday from 4:00p.m. to 7:00p.m., in the Redgate – Hennessy Funeral Home, Main Street and 4 Gorham Place, Trumbull.
