Stan Hieronymus has been writing about beer for more than twenty years, including three books popular with homebrewer­s—for the Love of Hops, Brew Like a Monk, and Brewing with Wheat. His most recent book, Brewing Local: American-grown Beer, is a field guide to brewing with foraged ingredient­s. Joe Stange is a freelance journalist based in Berlin. Verive is a freelance writer dedicated to growing the craft-beer scene in L.A. He’s the founder of Beer of Tomorrow (BeerofTomo­rrow.com) and the former editor of Beer Paper LA (a monthly print newspaper). He covers the beer beat for the Los Angeles Times and is a Certified Cicerone. Tyler Plourd is a freelance writer based in Connecticu­t. He’s the cocreator of A Brothers’ Guide (abrothersg­uide.com), a website covering the burgeoning Connecticu­t beer scene. He’s also the creator of Four Elements (4elements blog.com), a beer blog focused on creative storytelli­ng. Don Tse loves beer and loves to travel.
