Randy Mosher has spent most of his career working on creative projects revolving around beer. Author of Tasting Beer and four other books, he also teaches, consults on recipes and branding, and is a partner in two Chicagoare­a breweries—5 Rabbit Cervecería and Forbidden Root.

Author of The Great Northeast Brewery Tour and the former editorial director of Beeradvoca­te, Ben Keene has judged beer competitio­ns across the United States and frequently speaks at industry conference­s and convention­s. He lives in Seattle.

Brandon Hernández is an award-winning, San Diego-based journalist, the senior editor for West Coaster Magazine, author of the Complete Guide to San Diego Breweries, cohost of The Indie Beer Show podcast, chief marketing officer for Societe Brewing Company, and founder of the Beer to the Rescue campaign supporting lupus research.

Kate Bernot is the staff writer at The Takeout, where she covers food, beer, booze, and other delicious topics. She was previously the beer editor at DRAFT Magazine and is a certified beer judge. She lives in Missoula, Montana, with a black lab and five backyard chickens.

Drew Beechum has been combining nerdy obsession and a love of beer since 1999. He is the author of Simple Homebrew (Spring 2019) with Denny Conn and other books. You can hear him cohost the Experiment­al Brewing Podcast every Wednesday on your favorite podcast app or at experiment­albrew.com.

Jeff Alworth is the author of The Beer Bible, Cider Made Simple, and The Secrets of Master Brewers. He can be found writing about beer at his blog, Beervana. He also cohosts the Beervana Podcast, with Oregon State University economics professor Patrick Emerson.
