Justin Wright is a Certified Cicerone, former bottle-shop owner, and a home cook with dual master’s degrees in biology and business. Justin Kruger is an executive chef and homebrewer who helps disadvanta­ged kids learn restaurant skills. Both are owners of Two Fat Justins, a specialty catering and private chef company in Northern Colorado.

Jeff Alworth is the author of The Beer Bible, Cider Made Simple, and The Secrets of Master Brewers. He can be found writing about beer at his blog, Beervana. He also cohosts the Beervana Podcast, with Oregon State University economics professor Patrick Emerson.

John M. Verive is a freelance writer dedicated to growing the craft-beer scene in L.A. He’s the founder of Beer of Tomorrow (Beerof Tomorrow.com) and the former editor of Beer Paper LA (a monthly print newspaper). He covers the beer beat for the Los Angeles Times and is a Certified Cicerone.

Randy Mosher has spent most of his career working on creative projects revolving around beer. Author of Tasting Beer and four other books, he also teaches, consults on recipes and branding, and is a partner in two Chicagoare­a breweries—5 Rabbit Cervecería and Forbidden Root.

Josh Weikert is a founding member of the Stoney Creek Homebrewer­s, has medaled in every BJCP beer style, is a BJCP Grand Master Judge and Certified Cicerone, and is a two-time Eastern Pennsylvan­ia Homebrewer of the Year. He leads a double life as the jet-setting author of the Beer: Simple blog (beer-simple.com).

Drew Beechum has been combining nerdy obsession and a love of beer since 1999. He is the author of Simple Homebrew (Spring 2019), with Denny Conn, and other books. You can hear him cohost the Experiment­al Brewing Podcast every Wednesday on your favorite podcast app or at experiment­albrew.com.
