Beginning 3-double crochet cluster (beg dc cl): Ch 2 (counts as first dc), yo, insert hook in indicated sp, pull up a lp, yo, draw through 2 lps, yo, draw through both lps on hook. (dc cl): Yo, insert hook in indicated sp, yo, pull up a lp, draw through 2 lps on hook (2 lps on

hook), yo, insert hook in same sp, yo, pull up a lp, draw through 2 lps on hook (3 lps on hook), yo, draw through all 3 lps on hook. Chain-3 corner join (ch-3 corner join): Ch 1, sl st in indicated ch-2 sp of adjacent Block, ch 1. Chain-3 join (ch-3 join): Ch 1, sl st in indicated ch-1 sp of adjacent Block, ch 1.

Loop stitch (lp st): Wrap yarn from front to back over index finger (2 strands on finger), insert hook in indicated st, pick up lower strand and pull up a lp (2 lps on hook), yo and draw working yarn through both lps. Push lp off finger.
