yellow • Size H/8/5mm crochet hook or size needed to obtain gauge • Tapestry needle • 1/2-inch-diameter café curtain rod

18 sc = 4 inches; 9 dc rows = 4 inches
PATTERN NOTES
Curtain can be customized to desired size. For a longer Curtain, repeat rows 4–6 to desired length. For a wider Curtain, measure window and add as many inches as needed for desired fullness. Begin row 1 with as many chains as necessary, in a multiple of 3 plus 2, to achieve the finished width. Weave in loose ends as work progresses. Chain-5 at beginning of row counts as first double treble crochet unless otherwise stated. Chain-3 at beginning of row counts as first double crochet unless otherwise stated. When instructed to work into a V-stitch, work into the chain space of the V-stitch. Café rod is threaded over and under V-stitches of row 2.

Row 1 (RS): Ch 200, working in back bar of ch (see illustration), sc in 2nd ch from hook and in each ch across, turn. (199 sc) Row 2: Ch 5 (see Pattern Notes), sk first 3 sc, lg V-st (see Special Stitches) in next sc, [sk next 2 sc, lg V-st in next sc] across to last 3 sts, sk next 2 sc, dtr in last sc, turn. (65 lg V-sts, 2 dtr)
Row 3: Ch 3 (see Pattern Notes), 3 dc in each lg V-st (see Pattern Notes) across, dc in beg
ch-5 sp, turn. (2 dc, 65 groups of 3 dc) Row 4: Ch 3, sm V-st (see
Special Stitches) in center st of each 3-dc group across, dc in beg ch-3 sp, turn. (2 dc, 65 sm V-sts)
Row 5: Ch 3, sm V-st in each sm V-st across, dc in beg ch-3 sp, turn.
Row 6: Ch 3, 3 dc in each sm V-st across, dc in beg ch-3 sp, turn. (2 dc, 65 groups of 3 dc) Rep rows 4–6 until Curtain is 20 inches long or desired length, ending on row 6.
Last row: Sl st in each st across. Fasten off. Sk all ch-2 sps, weave café rod over and under lg V-sts of row 2.
