PATTERN NOTES
Refer to Placement Diagram for joining order of Motifs. Weave in loose ends as work progresses. Join with slip stitch as indicated unless otherwise stated. Chain-6 at beginning of round counts as first double crochet and chain-3 unless otherwise stated. Chain-5 at beginning of round counts as first double crochet and chain-2 unless otherwise stated. Chain-3 at beginning of round counts as first double crochet unless otherwise stated.
SPECIAL STITCHES
Chain-11 join (ch-11 join): Ch 5, sl st in corresponding ch-11 sp of neighboring Motif, ch 5.
Chain-5 join (ch-5 join): Ch 2, sl st in corresponding dc of neighboring Motif, ch 2, sl st in 2nd ch from hook. Single crochet join (sc join): Place slip knot on hook, insert hook in indicated st, yo and pull up a lp, yo and draw through both lps on hook.
Picot: Ch 6 (does not count as first dc and ch-3), sl st in 4th ch from hook, ch 3.
WRAP FIRST MOTIF

Rnd 2: Sl st in last dc, sc in last ch-5 sp, * picot (see Special Stitches), sc in next ch-5 sp, rep from * around, join in beg sc. Fasten off.
FINISHING
Pin Wrap to blocking board, stretching Edging slightly and pinning through each picot to define each point. Spray or dampen with water and allow to dry thoroughly.
