PATTERN NOTES

Weave in loose ends as work progresses. Join with slip stitch as indicated unless otherwise stated. Shawl is worked in a Solomon’s knot grid triangle. Top of Shawl is created with chains ending the Solomon’s knot grid. After side edges are finished, a row of single crochet edges the top of the Shawl. The side edgings are worked in back-and-forth rows. Chain-4 at beginning of row counts as first double crochet and chain-1 unless otherwise stated. Chain-5 at beginning of row counts as first double crochet and chain-2 unless otherwise stated.
