FINISHING Fringe
For each Fringe, cut 18 pieces of yarn each 12 inches long. Holding them tog, fold in half and with standard crochet hook, pull through lp on any Motif 1 or Motif 30. Pull ends through lp and pull tightly. Trim ends evenly. Block Scarf, pinning out each Motif.
