Eye

Make 2.

Rnd 1: With purple, ch 2, 8 sc in 2nd ch from hook, join to top of first sc. Fasten off purple. (8 sc)

Rnd 2: Join off-white to any sc, ch 1, 2 sc in same st as join, 2 sc in each st around, join to first sc. Fasten off leaving a long tail. (16 sc) Use yarn tail and tapestry needle to sew 1 eye to each side of Fish where desired, placing small amount of fiberfill under Eye.

ASSEMBLY

Rnd 1: Hold Fish with WS tog, join 1 strand purple to any st or end of row along outside edge, ch 1, sc in same st, sc evenly sp through both layers around outside edge of Fish, adding additional sts where necessary and stuffing as desired before finishing. Fasten off purple. Rnd 2 (faux piping edge): Join 2 strands purple in base of any sc of rnd 1, ch 1, sc in same place, working over sts of last rnd, sc evenly sp around in base of sts, adding additional sts where needed and working (sc, hdc, sc) in center tip of mouth.
