PATTERN NOTES

For X-large and larger sizes, add beginning chains in multiples of 20 for each additional size. Each increase in size requires about

3/4 oz additional yarn. Weave in loose ends as work progresses. Join with slip stitch as indicated unless otherwise stated. Chain-5 at beginning of round counts as first double crochet and chain-2 unless otherwise stated. Chain-3 at beginning of round counts as first double crochet unless otherwise stated.
