PATTERN NOTES

Each row in Tunisian crochet consists of 2 parts, a Forward Pass where you pick up stitches and a Return Pass where you work stitches off the hook. Right side of work is always facing. Shawlette is worked in horizontal strips, picking up stitches from previous diamonds (see Placement Diagram). Yarn is cut only at conclusion of horizontal strip at the end of Diamonds 2, 7, 13, 22, 32, 45, 59 and 74. Weave in loose ends as work progresses. Join with slip stitch as indicated unless otherwise stated.
