PATTERN NOTES Weave in loose ends as work progresses. To maintain the color sequence as it appears in the cake, each length of color was wound in a separate ball from each of the cakes and used in consecutive order. To achieve the desired effect of the color sequence of the throw, work the colors in the following order: lilac, coral, mint green, orange, white and gold. Finish with the lilac for the 2 rounds of the edging. Chain-3 at beginning of round counts as first double crochet unless otherwise stated. Join with slip stitch unless otherwise stated. Chain-4 at beginning of round counts as first double crochet and chain-1 unless otherwise stated. Chain-6 at beginning of round counts as first double crochet and chain-3 unless otherwise stated.
