Rep around other leg opening. Twisted Cord

Cut 2 3-yd strands. Secure ends to a stationary object. Twist strands until they begin to double back on themselves. Fold in half with both ends together and allow twist to travel up forming cord. Tie a knot on each end leaving 1 inch of excess, trim excess lightly to form little tufts. Weave cord in and out of eyelets at waist.
