PATTERN NOTES

Tee is worked by first creating the lace panels. The panels are worked from sleeve edge to neckline, then joined across the back neckline. Front and back sections are worked downward off of the panels to the hem. Weave in ends as work progresses.

Chain-3 at beginning of oddnumbere­d rows counts as first half double crochet and chain-1 space unless otherwise stated. Chain-3 at beginning of evennumber­ed rows counts as first double crochet unless otherwise stated.

Chain-4 at beginning of row counts as first treble crochet unless otherwise stated.

Join with a slip stitch unless otherwise stated. SPECIAL STITCH Shell: (2 dc, ch 2, 2 dc) in indicated st or sp.

BACK

Row 1 (RS): With larger hook and Emily, join yarn in end of first row of Left Lace Panel, ch 1, sc in end of first row, evenly sp 33 [34, 37, 42, 40, 43] sc across row ends of panel to chs, sc in each ch, evenly sp 34 [35, 38, 43, 41, 44] sc across row ends of Right Lace Panel, turn. Rep previous row until body measures approximat­ely 121/2 [121/2, 121/2, 12, 113/4, 111/4] inches from joining row.

FRONT

Starting in center of back neck with larger hook and pickled ginger, ch 4, tr in each st across neck to 1 st before Left Lace Panel, tr dec (see Stitch Guide) in last back neck st and first
