PATTERN NOTES
Cocoon is sized for 3-month-old infant but will fit smaller or larger baby. Turn down neck as needed to fit.
Weave in loose ends as work progresses.
Join with slip stitch as indicated unless otherwise stated.

Beg at bottom edge, with size L hook and kombucha, ch 4.
Rnd 1: Work 11 dc in 4th ch from hook (beg 3 sk chs count as first dc), join (see Pattern Notes) in top of beg ch-3. (12 dc) Rnd 2: Ch 3 (see Pattern Notes), dc in same st as beg ch-3, 2 dc in each rem dc around, join in top of beg ch-3. Rnd 34: With WS facing, join desert mountain in top of first dc, ch 3, dc in each dc around, join in top of beg ch-3.
Rnd 35: Sk next dc, 5 dc in next dc, *sk next dc, sl st in next dc, sk next dc, 5 dc in next dc, rep from * around, join in top of beg ch-3. Fasten off.
