Air Fryer Creole Shrimp Dinner
Flavored with Creole seasoning and garlic, this easy air fryer recipe comes together quickly.
Makes 6 servings
1 (16-ounce) package andouille sausage, sliced crosswise
½ inch thick 1½ cups small broccoli florets 1½ cups ½-inch-sliced half-moon yellow squash (about 1 squash) 1½ cups 1-inch-chopped orange bell pepper (1 bell pepper) 1 tablespoon minced garlic 2 tablespoons vegetable oil, divided 2 teaspoons Creole seasoning, divided 1½ pounds fresh jumbo shrimp, peeled and deveined and patted dry
Garnish: chopped fresh parsley
Preheat air fryer to 375° if preheating is recommended by your air fryer manual.
Place sausage in air fryer basket. Set temperature to 375°, and cook until crispy, about 12 minutes.
Set aside, and keep warm.
Toss together broccoli, squash, bell pepper, garlic, 1 tablespoon oil, and 1 teaspoon Creole seasoning in a large bowl.
Place half of broccoli mixture in air fryer basket. Set temperature to 375°, and cook for 6 minutes. Repeat with remaining broccoli mixture. Add to sausage.
Toss together shrimp, remaining 1 tablespoon oil, and remaining 1 teaspoon Creole seasoning in another large bowl.
Place half of shrimp in air fryer basket. Set temperature to 375°, and cook until pink and firm, 6 to 7 minutes. Repeat with remaining shrimp. Toss with sausage mixture, and garnish with parsley, if desired. Serve warm.
