Raffle for Burwell American Legion

BURWELL - The American Legion, Clifford Clark Post No. 298 is pleased to announce two raffles for a fund raiser.

The first raffle is for a “Ruger American Bolt Action Rifle – Caliber 17 HMR.”The second raffle is for an “Antique Barn Find Restorable C Farmall Tractor with Mounted 2 Row Planter.”

Commander Donald Christen stated, “Both raffles are a fund raiser to build a new Post home in 2020.”

Commander Christen added, “You may purchase a raffle ticket from Vice Commander Jason Vore, Director Billy Weber or Treasurer Tim Rowse.”

The price of the raffles is one ticket for five dollars or six tickets for $20. Contact Director Billy Weber at 308-728-7167 or Donald Christen at 308-214-0225.

The drawing will be held this fall at the “Fun Nite” festivitie­s(date and time to be announced.)

American Legion Post No. 298 is working toward building a new Post Home. A Donation and Pledge Form can be picked up at Trotter’s Whoa and Go in Burwell.
