BROKEN BOW - The rolling Sandhills and Nebraska beef will shine during an epsisode of “The American Rancher” that will air at eight p.m. Monday night Nov. 30 on the RFD channel. Along with the amazing scenery and the beef that Nebraska is proud of, Travis Schauda, Vitalix DSM; Mike Evans of Evans Feed; and Matt Lowery, a Burwell rancher, will also be featured.

RFD-TV, an American television channel, contacted Vitalix about doing an episode on their program, the American Rancher.

Schauda, a 23-year veteran of the company, put the wheels in motion. “Vitalix is in 30 states. This could have been featured in any of those areas. I am proud that we can show off what we have right here in Nebraska,” Schauda stated.

Vitalix is a Nebraska-based company in Sidney and manufacturers, develops and distributes nutritional products to agriculture stores.

“Vitalix enables us to minimize costs and maximize production in the Sandhills environment that we live in,” Lowery said.

The episodes will air Monday, Nov. 30 at 8 p.m. and then will rotate on Dec. 1 at 12 a.m. (midnight) and Dec. 5 at 11 a.m., all Central time.

Cattle producers have not had a shut down with this pandemic; they feed their cattle each and every day and are proud to be a part of feeding the nation.

“This is a neat deal, Evans said. “The TV show is a big program and Vitalix is one of our main companies. It was really great to be a part of something like this.”
