Ms. Scheer’s Class Dear Santa,

Merry Christmas Santa! You are very intelligent. You know how many people are in the world and how fast you need to deliver presents.

This year I helped Cash stack blocks. Last summer, I also helped Dad brand calves. Our class wrote a letter to Jean Cox because she has Covid 19. Our class also wrote to our football boys, the cast and the crew of our school play, our friends or our family, and veterans. My wishes are that we don’t have to leave school in March and go into online learning. My 2nd wish is that this illness didn’t exist. My 3rd wish is that people didn’t have to go to the hospital because of the illness. We have helped one another this year because of Covid. We know that you, Santa, will bring happiness to the world this Christmas. Sincerely, Harper

Dear Santa,

I’m so so so glad to write to you again! Oh, and also, Merry Christmas. It has been so long since I wrote to you. Have you been good since I wrote to you?

I have been writing to veterans, a person that is sick, and to the people who participated in the school play. Since mom has been getting sick, I have been helping with Wesley. Finally, I helped my teacher put up Christmas decorations.

My wishes for this year are that everybody stays well and gets well. Another wish I have is everybody to have a Merry Christmas. Most of all, I wish to spend time with my family.

Have the best Christmas of all.

From, Tessa

Dear Santa,

It’s that time of year, Santa that everyone depends on you to bring the presents!

What was something special I did? My grandpa Brodie was sick on his birthday. I had a football game that day. We won the game for him! He was really happy because he played football, and he always has loved it.

I wish this illness would go away! I wish we had not left school in March! Our class wishes not to leave this year, because we want to be in school till May! I don’t want any more people in the hospital! I am sad for the people in the hospital. I am thankful for those who stay home to protect others from getting the virus.

At least we still get to do some of the activities we used to do. We hopefully get to see both family and friends, and maybe even more than in 2019. We are gettin to do more home activities with parents and siblings. Finally, I hope we all don’t get sick!

I hope you have a good Christmas.

Sincerely, Holt
