New COVID-19 testing sites operating

Yolo County Public Health is offering free COVID-19 testing at various locations in Yolo County through October. The specific testing site dates and locations include Oct. 15, 3 to 7 p.m., County Fair Mall, 1264 E. Gibson Road, Woodland; Oct. 16, 8 a.m. to noon, Elica Health Center, 1276 Halyard Drive, West Sacramento; Oct. 19, 8 a.m. to noon, Elica Health Center, 1276 Halyard Drive, West Sacramento; Oct. 19, 3 to 7 p.m., Davis Senior Center, 646 A St., Davis; Oct. 20, 4 to 7 p.m., Clarksburg Community Church, 52910 Netherland­s Ave., Clarksburg; Oct. 21, 8 a.m. to noon, Elica Health Center, 1276 Halyard Drive, West Sacramento; Oct. 22, 3 to 7 p.m., County Fair Mall, 1264 E. Gibson Road, Woodland; Oct. 23, 8 a.m. to noon, Elica Health Center, 1276 Halyard Drive, West Sacramento; Oct. 26, 8 a.m. to noon, Elica Health Center, 1276 Halyard Drive, West Sacramento; Oct. 26, 3 to 7 p.m., Davis Senior Center, 646 A St., Davis; Oct. 27, 4 to 7 p.m., Esparto Boy Scout Cabin, 17020 Yolo Ave., Esparto; Oct. 28, 8 a.m. to noon, Elica Health Center, 1276 Halyard Drive, West Sacramento; Oct. 29, 3 to 7 p.m., County Fair Mall, 1264 E. Gibson Road, Woodland; Oct. 30, 8 a.m. to noon, Elica Health Center, 1276 Halyard Drive, West Sacramento. Testing is offered at these locations on a first-come, first-served basis. The sites will close once all the tests are gone for that day. Participan­ts must be residents of Yolo County and will need to bring proof in the form of a document displaying their name and address, such as a driver’s license, ID card, utility bill, or rental agreement. All ages are accepted. Registrati­on is recommende­d in order to speed up the process but is not required and does not guarantee a test.
