FENCING Woodstock Fencing Club: Meets 6:30-9:30 p.m. Tuesdays at the Woodstock Elementary School (when school is open). Now gearing up for the 2016 season. Instructio­n given at all levels in all weapons — Foil, Sabre and Epee from 6:30-8. Practice and bouting. Fence dry or electric. Learn the basics (stick work, ball handling, offense and defense positionin­g) of field hockey technique and game play from Kingston High coach Debbie Eaton and her junior varsity and modified coaches. Tigers varsity and JV players will assist the campers. $45 per camper. Players may use their own equipment. Sticks, balls, mouth and shin guards will be available for use at the camp. Profits from the camp benefit the KHS Field Hockey Booster Club to help offset extra costs that arise throughout the season.
