Missing teens found safe

Two teenage boys from a summer camp in Ulster County have been located and are OK after getting lost in Bear Mountain State Park, according to WABC-TV.

The boys, Brooklyn residents who have been attending the Jewish Stoliner Camp in Highland, got separated from their hiking group in the Rockland County park Thursday afternoon and were located during a search Friday morning, the TV station reported on its website.

WABC reported the boys encountered a hiker and used his cell phone to call one of their fathers. Rescuers then headed to the boys’ location.

Time Warner Cable News identified the boys as Moshe Tzvi Ledereuch, 17, and Yosef Yitzchak Rothman, 16.
